General Policy
- Most products sold on GK Vault Collections are pre-order collectibles
- All items are produced specifically based on customer orders
- Returns and exchanges are limited due to production commitments
Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production begins
- Cancellations are not supported after studio production confirmation
- Delays in production do not qualify for refunds
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed timelines
In-Stock Items
- In-stock items may be eligible for return only if defective or damaged
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos and videos are required for verification
- Original packaging must be retained
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are only available for verified defects or damages
- Replacement availability depends on studio inventory
- If replacement is unavailable, store credit or partial refund may be offered

Shipping & Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International shipping fees are non-refundable
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- Orders lost due to incorrect address information are not refundable
- Reshipping fees may apply for returned shipments
Processing Time
- Return requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
- Approved cases are processed based on verification results
- Resolution timelines may vary based on studio and logistics partners
Fraud Prevention
- Abuse of return or exchange policies may result in account restrictions
- False claims may lead to permanent service refusal
